All rates are quoted in NPR or USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates, inclusions, and validity are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Individual (FIT) bookings

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, or a no-show of a confirmed booking, shall attract a full room-retention charge on the quoted rate.

Group bookings

• Cancellations made less than 3 months before the arrival date shall attract a one-night room-retention charge.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, or a no-show, shall attract a full retention charge as per the booking at the quoted rate.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM)
• Check-out: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Child Policy

• 0–4 years: complimentary
• 4–12 years: charged at half rate
• 12 years and above: treated as an adult
• Extra beds are available in all room categories on request, at an additional charge.

House Policies

• All rooms are smoke-free.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for every guest.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the in-room safety deposit locker.
